The State of Jefferson Formation is a grassroots effort to restore representation to the rural counties of Northern California. For over four years, presentations explaining the reasons for Jefferson have been provided to all individuals by knowledgeable representatives regardless of political party, as well as to men and women service organizations, chambers of commerce, county taxpayers associations, county and city government meetings, high school government classes, and town hall meetings for the general public, throughout Northern California.
